TESDA 10 in coordination with the Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology and the Bali Oil Palm Planters and Producers initiated the development of an occupational Training Regulation on 1) Dairy Production NCII, and 2) Oil Palm Production NCII on January 18-22, 2016 at MOSCAT, Claveria, Misamis Oriental.
These two sectoral groups intend to claim authorship of the TRs and create the benchmark for the competency and training standards for said priority industries. TESDA 10 responded immediately by undertaking the development of Training Regulations and conducted the series of activities along the development until such crafted TRs be promulgated by the TESDA Board.
TESDA 10 has requested the assistance of technical experts from Qualification Standards Office and NITESD who facilitated the occupational analysis process, and the other necessary workshop arrangements—including the selection of the committee of occupational experts, conduct of occupation/job analysis, task analysis, and validation of Training Regulation.
