In behalf of the Sangguniang Barangay of Capitan Angel, I would like to…

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” – John F. Kennedy

In behalf of the Sangguniang Barangay of Capitan Angel, I would like to extend our profound gratitude to TESDA for choosing our Barangay as beneficiary of the different programs and free trainings. This opens a lot of opportunities which I know would be very beneficial for our constituents. The recently concluded Habal-Habal engine repair training already created an impact to our people and yet this is just the beginning of our remarkable partnership. The IP hub, the communal, garden, nursery and other upcoming trainings are really a tremendous help for the Barangay and our people.

As the Punong Barangay of Capitan Angel, I guarantee that this opportunity will not be fruitless and our support will always be at hand to ensure that this program will flourish. I am looking forward for your continued generosity and sustenance for us to succeed on our goals and objectives. Once again, thank you and may Magbabaya bless us all.
